1. Our Commitment

SongCreatorHub respects the rights of artists, songwriters, producers and other rights holders. Users must only upload and publish material they have the rights to use. We respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws in other countries.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you own the copyright in a work, or are authorised to act for the owner, and believe material stored or processed on SongCreatorHub infringes it, send a written notice that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work (title, artist, and any registration details).
• Identification of the infringing material, with enough detail for us to find it.
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (3). It must include your signature, the material removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

5. Repeat Infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
