Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and SongCreatorHub ("SongCreatorHub", "we", "us" or "our") about your use of the SongCreatorHub website, the Creator Studio and the related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SongCreatorHub is an AI-assisted music creation platform: song generation, stem separation, remixes and covers, audio editing and mastering, music video and thumbnail creation, metadata writing, and publishing to channels you connect (YouTube and Facebook). Some processing runs on third-party AI and GPU providers (see our Privacy Policy). Features may change, and some are only available on certain plans.

3. Accounts

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Each account comes with a personal workspace. A free trial is available once per workspace.
  • Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without permission.

4. Your Content and Ownership

You keep ownership of the audio, lyrics, images, videos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit Your Content only to provide the Service to you (for example, to separate stems, render a video, or publish to a channel you connected).

As between you and us, you own the outputs the Service creates for you and may use them commercially, including releasing and monetising them. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and to any third-party material inside your outputs: separating, remixing or covering a song does not give you rights to that song. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload, process or publish material that infringes anyone's copyright or other rights.
  • Impersonate real artists or other people, or create misleading content about them.
  • Publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or sexually explicit content through connected channels.
  • Get around usage limits, credits, free-tool limits or security checks, for example with multiple accounts, scripts or bots.
  • Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or access it other than through our apps and published interfaces.

6. Connected Channels

When you connect YouTube or Facebook, you authorise us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, such as uploading videos and reading channel statistics. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect a channel at any time.

7. Free Trial, Plans and Payments

  • Free trial: 30 days with 100 credits, no payment details needed, once per workspace.
  • Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and give a monthly credit allowance. Credits are used by AI jobs; the cost of each job is shown before you start it. Credits for a job that fails or is cancelled are returned automatically.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and expire 365 days after purchase unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • USD payments are processed by our Merchant of Record partners Paddle and Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • BDT payments are processed by SSLCommerz (cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and bKash. They pay for one period and do not renew automatically; we remind you before the period ends and keep your plan for a 3-day grace period.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
  • Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance.

8. Free Tools

Free tools on our website (such as the free stem separator, when it is available) have usage limits per visitor and keep results for a short time only (24 hours for the stem separator). We may change or withdraw free tools at any time.

9. Suspension and Termination

You can cancel your plan or delete your account at any time in the Creator Studio. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, our Copyright Policy or the law, or that put the Service or other users at risk.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected, and you should review them before you publish. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the Creator Studio. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
