Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information SongCreatorHub collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, the Creator Studio and our free tools.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from them.
- Billing information: your plan, credits, invoices and payment status. Card and mobile-wallet details are entered on our payment providers' pages; we only receive the name, email and phone number used at checkout, the amount and the payment result.
- Your content: the audio, lyrics, images and videos you upload, the outputs we create for you, and the prompts and song details you enter.
- Connected channels: if you connect YouTube or Facebook, the access tokens for the permissions you grant, and the channel statistics we display to you.
- Security and usage information: your IP address and browser (user agent) for each signed-in session, sign-in attempts, an activity log of important account actions (with IP address), and records of the jobs you run and the credits they used.
- Free stem separator (no account): to enforce the free limit we keep a device cookie, a fingerprint of your browser's characteristics, your IP address and network, and your browser's user agent. The device, fingerprint, IP and network values are stored only as one-way hashes.
- Messages to us: the name, email address and message you send through the contact form or by email to our support or billing address. They are kept in our support inbox and copied to the mailbox of the team member who answers them.
2. How We Use It
- To run the Service: process your uploads, run AI and GPU jobs, store your files and publish to the channels you connect.
- To manage your account, plan, credits, invoices and payments.
- To keep the Service secure: sign-in protection, rate limits, fraud and abuse prevention, and the free tool's limits.
- To send you the emails you need: verification codes, payment receipts and replies to your messages. We do not send marketing email.
We do not use your content to train AI models, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
3. Who We Share It With
We share information only with the providers that help us run the Service, and only what each one needs:
- Payment providers (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, SSLCommerz, bKash): checkout details and the amount.
- AI model providers (for example OpenRouter and Ollama): the prompts, lyrics, song details and reference images needed for features such as metadata writing, lyrics, song lookup and thumbnails, and audio when a transcription feature uses them. Some providers may keep request logs under their own policies.
- GPU computing providers: your audio and images while a job runs on their machines.
- Email delivery (Resend): your email address and the content of the emails we send you and that you send to us.
- Google: Google sign-in, reCAPTCHA (bot protection on sign-in, sign-up and the contact form, which receives your IP address and browser information) and Google Fonts.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection for the free stem separator (receives your IP address).
- YouTube and Facebook: the videos and details you choose to publish, when you connect a channel.
- Search and music databases (such as Wikipedia, MusicBrainz and DuckDuckGo): song titles and artist names when you use song lookup.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the Service.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
- Sign-in cookies (
ch_session,ch_refresh;ch_staff_*for staff): keep you signed in. They cannot be read by page scripts and last up to 7 days. - Profile cookie (
creatorhub_user): your name, email and picture, so the website and studio can show who is signed in. It lasts 7 days. - Free tool cookie (
ch_free_device): counts free separations on this device. It lasts up to 400 days. - Local storage in your browser: your profile, preferences (such as volume and currency) and unsaved drafts.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How Long We Keep It
- Account and billing records: while your account exists, and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons.
- Files in your Content Library: for the storage period shown in the Creator Studio; deleted files are removed from storage within 7 days.
- Free stem separator results: 24 hours. Free tool usage records: about 100 days.
- Security records (sessions and the activity log): as long as needed to protect your account and the Service.
6. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, and connected-channel tokens and payment credentials are encrypted. Each workspace's files and data are separated from other workspaces, and only staff who need it can access customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can update your profile, disconnect channels and delete files in the Creator Studio at any time.
- You can delete your account under Profile in the Creator Studio. This signs you out everywhere and stops your plan from renewing. To have your remaining data erased, email us.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data protection law, including the right to complain to your local regulator.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes here with a new date and tell you about significant changes by email or in the Creator Studio.
